We will be looking at the dynamics of leadership and how they apply to management practices. Where does leadership power really come from and how should it be used? During this course you will develop practical skills you can use every day, as you become a truly Effective Leader.

Effective leadership today is a challenge. This course is designed to give a broad, rounded but practical guide to developing your team leadership skills.
