- Analyse the aims or objectives of the course
- Analyse the content or topics of the course

- Use a dictionary to really ensure the meaning of other words

2. How To Efficiently Research for the Assignment
- Note the assignment due date
- Note number of words required for assignment
- Establish the plan or anatomy of your assignment
- Divide number of words into the introduction, body and conclusion
- Decide on number of topics to be covered in how many paragraphs
- Conduct library/internet research
- Consult index for key words or their synonyms
