ANGER MANAGEMENT
This course identifies ways to deal with anger before it becomes too difficult to control.
Participants will learn how what 'pushes their buttons' triggers their anger response and how cognitive (thinking) processes – that everyone has access to - can be utilised to deal with the emotion.
Extreme hostile arousal that results in experienced anger has potential to be either focused internally or expressed externally.
When internal and not dealt with appropriately, the effects can be extremely debilitating; when external, uncontrolled venting of the pent up emotion, may even escalate to aggression and violence. This course will help you to manage and control anger using various proven techniques.
